Xoá tài khoảnDelete your account

Trong app: mở FaFi → chạm ảnh đại diện của bạn → Xoá tài khoản → xác nhận.

Nếu bạn là chủ nhà và nhà còn người khác, app sẽ yêu cầu chọn chủ nhà mới trước.

Những gì bị xoá

Thông tin đăng nhập (email, liên kết Google/Apple), tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, mã thiết bị và thông báo của bạn.
Các khoản bạn tạo mà chưa được duyệt.
Nếu bạn là người duy nhất trong nhà: toàn bộ nhà, các khoản và ảnh hoá đơn.

Các khoản đã được duyệt vẫn nằm trong sổ của nhà để các thành viên khác không mất lịch sử, nhưng người tạo hiển thị là “Tài khoản đã xoá”.

Không mở được app? Gửi email từ địa chỉ đã đăng ký tới thesoft.technology@gmail.com, chúng tôi xoá trong vòng 30 ngày.

In the app: open FaFi → tap your avatar → Delete account → confirm.

If you own a home that still has other members, the app asks you to pick a new owner first.

Your sign-in details (email, Google/Apple link), display name, avatar, device tokens and notifications.
Entries you created that were not yet approved.
If you are the only member: the whole home, its entries and receipt photos.

Approved entries stay in the home’s ledger so other members keep their history, but the creator is shown as “Deleted account”.

Can’t open the app? Email thesoft.technology@gmail.com from your registered address and we will delete it within 30 days.
